Personalised Premium 121 Running Coaching

A bespoke training plan unique to each individual, our coaching is created to help you achieve your individual goals. Our coaching is available to all abilities of running, whether you want to run your first ever 5km up to the full marathon and beyond.

Frequent anytime contact

The support you need as a runner is a lot more than just following your training plan on a weekly basis, you will likely need to reach us outwith your training to make adjustments, ask for advice, alter goals so whether you want to reach out via WhatsApp, email, phone call, instagram DM - all lines of communication are open.

Monthly face to face or zoom call

A regular get together is included to evaluate where your training is at, strategise for the future and create a mutual path forward on goals. 

Targeted race goals

You don't have to run races to benefit from our training but generally we will be working towards some sort of goal, and usually race orientated. We will set realistic, targeted goals whether you are running 5km races, 10km races, half marathon, full marathon or ultra marathons to ensure you reach your potential.

Nutrition / holistic / lifestyle tips

A lot more goes into achieving your desired running performance than just the running training. Advice on everything from hydration to nutrition to sleep to recovery, all to support you reaching your goals.
